Gehobene, köstliche Küche bei der wir jede einzelne Mahlzeit sehr genossen haben. Darüber hinaus war die Ruhe und Privatsphäre im Resort sehr erholsam. Die Sauberkeit in der Unterkunft könnte bei der Preiskategorie noch ein wenig optimiert werden.

Lo que me ha gustado: El entorno, las vistas, el personal. Comentarios adicionales: La música ambiente del restaurante, se escuchaba durante toda la noche... e impedía conciliar el sueño. (Habitacion 21). Y la llamada sorpresa de recepción, para saber si estabamos bien (fue algo muy raro e incómodo).

Super location surrounded by fantastic scenery, very comfortable villa and the heated swimming pool. Dissatisfied with the breakfast and meals, not much choice for vegetarians, plus there was not a wide selection to choose from. The chef could not cater for my expectations. I think to improve, it would be a better option for a hot buffet at breakfast and evening meal.

The staff were just great, from reception to restaurant to spa to room cleaning. Good choices in the restaurant and the food was of a high standard. The half-board package is very good value for money. I really liked the way the did breakfast with a tray of buffet food served at your table followed by a hot egg choice. If anything, there was too much food on the breakfast tray! The heated spa pool is not available unless you are having a treatment. Understandable given the size of the pool but when we were there, the outside pool was not heated and way too cold for me. I would have liked some hooks in the bedroom to hang clothes on. We were in room 3 and I won't miss the walks to and from the restaurant. A chaufferred golf cart is available but it felt lazy to take it!

VIVOOD is well located, a little over an hour by car from Alicante airport. The hotel is quite unique in it’s styling and accomodation and nestled beautifully in the mountainside above a reservoir. We took advance of the excellent priced half board offer, the food is excellent as iare the reasonably priced drinks. Walks direct from the hotel are beautiful and worth taking appropiate footwear for. No dislikes really but as always VIVOOD won’t be for everyone. The fine dining type menu could be a bit challenging for people with plainer tastes. Breakfast is also delicious but un-traditional, no help yourself buffet here. As the hotel is built on a hillside the paths from room to restaurant are steep. So too are the walks down to the reservoir and to nearby villages. VIVOOD is relaxing and very quiet, that may not suit everyone.

Fantastische omgeving en architectuur. Alles is gericht om te ontspannen en te genieten. De service is excellent. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en trots op hun werkplek. De gastronomie is uitmuntend, met zowel verrassende ontbijtcombinaties als topgerechten voor lunch en diner. Wie graag geniet van een zwembad met uitzicht en Spa/Wellness kan ook hiervoor terecht in VIVOOD. De aandacht voor ecologie en lokale producten maken het plaatje compleet. Een aanrader. De aangeboden flipflops in de Spa zijn oncomfortabel. Maar verder is er niks op het hotel en zijn staf aan te merken.

The hotel was in an idyllic location with stunning views. The room had the wow factor and the jacuzzi was a welcome pleasure. The staff were exemplary in all areas of the hotel from reception, to the buggy service, to the restaurant, and the spa; they couldn’t do enough for you and made sure our needs were catered for. The food was of a high standard and the tasting menu was divine. The spa was high quality and we enjoyed the 5 Elements and a couples massage. Both were relaxing and the staff ensured we were looked after. The location is in the forest with a reservoir in the valley which made it ideal for walking to the nearby villages. As the area is fairly remote, it would be essential for visitors to have a car as there is no local transport other than a taxi. This hotel is recommended for a relaxing time away from it all.

La experiencia ha sido muy buena. El servicio excelente siempre buscando agradar y solucionando los problemas lo mas rápido posible. La comida muy rica también en ambos restaurantes. He de decir que respecto a la Villa en muestro caso la 37, en general todo muy bien pero con algunos fallitos que podrían hacer mejorar la experiencia. 1- Durante la estancia se nos acabó el jabón de ducha y de manos, a pesar de solucionarlo esperamos que se revisase previamente durante las limpiezas. La limpieza del suelo podría mejorarse. 2- La piscina no funcionaba 100% perfecta. El jacuzzy no era uniforme en una parte sacaba mas burbujas que en la otra. Los sumideros de la piscina hacen ruido por falta de mantenimiento y el agua estaba turbia con arena dentro y partículas constantemente. La calefacción iba bien. Enchufes exteriores uno de ellos sin tapadera y en mal estado aparentemente. Esperaba un proyector almenos 4k con mayor calidad de imagen y que cubrirse mas superficie de la pantalla. La puerta corredera de la ducha no se quedaba cerrada. El estore del baño no funcionaba y estaba rota la lona. Televisión de la parte superior antigua sin servicios como netflix y sin estar conectada a la domótica. Solo comento los fallos que he visto para que podáis mejorarlos . Pero no nos ha molestado para nada por lo general hemos podido usar la piscina y el servicio vino un dia a limpiarla a petición nuestra. Agradecemos mucho el trato, la estancia y el entorno. Volveremos seguro :) Un saludo!

Es nuestra séptima vez en el hotel y en concreto en una Villa. Siempre ha sido en general una experiencia excelente. Hemos pasado años donde ha variado la calidad del servicio y del restaurante pero creo que este año esta en su mejor momento. El servicio es acorde al lugar donde te encuentras y el restaurante sigue este camino de la excelencia. Sin duda es un experiencia única.

Un lugar que ofrecía una desconexión total y una ubicación increíble; no se le podía negar nada, su ubicación era impresionante. Caminatas increíbles por la mañana y junto a la piscina con un buen libro para el resto del día... ¡Qué más se puede pedir!

C'était ma deuxième fois au sein de l'hôtel. C’etait encore une fois fantastique. La deuxième fois, j’ai eu de la pluie mais le cadre fait tout oublier. Merci pour ces moments, pour l’expérience et surtout pour le « burger vivood » qui est délicieux !
